  • The last reason I will give you is the fact that dressing this way gives unlimited options.

You could go to a get together and end up going to the gym and on the way home go get a drink in your favourite spot while wearing same apparel.

No other type of apparel allows that type of flexibility and that is why the upwardly mobile are rocking the gym clothes outside the gym.

If it isn’t comfortable it is not worth wearing, so if that gym tank top is not helping you keep warm on a cold day it is okay to add a denim shirt or a loose jacket on it.

If you aren’t the most comfortable wearing leggings as pants then you can cover your butt with a long jacket or just tie a shirt around your waist.

You will still look trendy but it won’t be at the expense of your comfort.

 

 

GET PIECES THAT ALLOW FLEXIBILITY-

If you are going to be wearing a piece in the gym and in semi formal meetings then you know it can’t be too short or see through.

It has to be appropriate for all occasions, for instance you wouldn’t want to wear a ripped yoga tights to pick a kid at school after some aerobics.

It must also absorb sweat and dry quickly and be odor resistant so you don’t appear out of place when you step out of the gym.

 

 

 

SAY YES TO ALL SNEAKERS WITH LEGGINGS-

We know your leggings are absolutely fantastic and you are in love with them.

We also know a way to make them look better if that is possible and that is with all kinds of sneakers.

You don’t just rock sneakers and leggings alone but you add some fun and variety to it.

You are going out in the mornings; you can rock your black leggings with the white sneakers.

In the afternoon you can switch that to your gold sneakers with white lace or other bold colours like a pink legging with a blue sneaker.

While there is no hard and fast rule on not using that,it just doesn’t project casual so to get that casual look down it is advisable that you get a sporty back pack.

The back pack works better if it is the same colour tone as your apparel.

 

WHEN IN DOUBT STICK TO THE BASICS-

In fashion it is always better to stick to the basics than taking an uninformed risk which ends in a fashion faux pax.
