At GF Fitness Wear, we aim to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/PO Box destinations. Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are based on order thresholds as outlined in our policy. Please note that additional lead time may be required for certain locations. Below is a comprehensive guide to our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
- Processing Lead Time: All orders typically require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 9 AM EST may ship on the same business day, though this is not guaranteed.
- Orders placed after 9 AM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Business Days: Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- We offer two shipping speeds to fit your needs:
Standard Shipping:
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.
- Transit times for standard shipments range from 2-5 business days within the continental U.S.
Expedited Shipping:
- Orders placed by 9 AM EST will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
- Transit times for expedited shipping range from 2-3 business days from the shipment date.
Please note that U.S. federal holidays do not count towards shipping timelines, so orders placed near holidays may experience slight delays.
Shipping Costs
Orders Under $100: Standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Shipping is available for an l $7.
Orders Over $100: Free expedited shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season, shipping carriers often experience increased volumes, which may result in extended delivery times. To ensure your order arrives on time, please keep the following in mind:
- Order Early: We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to account for potential delays. Shipping timelines may be impacted by high carrier demand.
- Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates:
- Standard Shipping: Place your order by December 17th to ensure delivery by December 25th.
Holiday Returns Processing
- During holiday periods, please allow additional processing time for returns and exchanges due to increased order volumes.

Returns and Exchanges
At GF Fitness Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for orders shipped within the United States and its territories.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label upon request.
- At this time, GF Fitnesswear does not provide free international return shipping.
- Exchanges: Exchanges for new colors or styles are not permitted. If you would like to exchange it for a different style or color, please complete a return for a refund and place a new order.
APO/FPO/PO Box and U.S. Territory Destinations
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories. Please allow for additional lead time beyond the estimated shipping windows:
- Extended Delivery Time: Standard shipping to these locations typically takes 7-10 business days.
International Shipments
We offer international shipping to select countries:
- Customs, Duties, and Shipping Costs: All customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout.
- Cross-Border Inspections: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and possible delays.
Delays in Transit
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen events like natural disasters. We appreciate your understanding if transit times are impacted.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, if necessary, process a reshipment for your order. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 10 calendar days of the expected delivery date to ensure a timely resolution. Please note that once an order has been reshipped, any further shipping delays will be handled case by case.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and re-delivery costs. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
